Introducing Video-interviewing with Odro

Posted by Tilt Recruitment on September 8, 2020

We are excited to announce that we have launch video interviewing capability with Odro. It’s an incredibly exciting opportunity for our clients and candidates to connect with us, and in turn each other, in this new and innovative way.

We are always looking to stay at the forefront of technological innovation and this new venture will be a huge asset especially during this time as many organisations continue to adapt to more remote/flexible working options.

55% of communication is body language, 38% is the tone of voice, and 7% is the actual words spoken. Albert Mehrabian

How will video technology enhance our recruitment process?

  1. Maintain face-to-face connections

We are incredibly proud of the time we take to ensure a fantastic all-round match for our clients and candidates. We want to make sure that we pair the right candidate with the right organisation. Unfortunately, there is only so much you can learn about someone by reading a CV or having a phone call hence why traditional face to face interviews exist. However, traditional interviews can be time-consuming and expensive not to mention the fact that right now, they aren’t a viable option for many. Using video-technology we can maintain those all-important face-to-face meetings.

  1. Save time all round

It’s never fun when something takes 10x longer than it should do. By using video-technology the recruitment journey can be shortened by up to 70%. Candidates can secure roles faster and clients are able to hire quicker, build their team and focus their attention on business growth.

  1. Increase job to placement ratio

The average job to placement ratio is 1 in 4. By using Odro this is increased to 3 in 4. That’s a 200% improvement. This is beneficial all around. Our candidates can apply to companies they really resonate with. Also, our clients can approach candidates in a more personal manner and can really emphasise who they are looking for and what they are about. Overall, this leads to more successful hires in a shorter amount of time with fewer costs involved.

  1. Headhunt top-talent

With Odro we can send personalised video messages straight to our candidates. It’s an exciting way to connect and build strong relationships.

We are excited to get started and make the most of this new venture. If you have any questions about video- interviews and how you can make the most of this service offering, get in touch- 01625 525 300 –
