Opus IT is now Tilt Recruitment!

We’re excited to announce that with the launch of our new website, Opus IT has now officially become Tilt Recruitment.

The first thing we’d like to point out is the also most important. We’re still the same team you’re used to working with and we’ll still provide the same levels of amazing service to our valued clients and candidates. We’ll just be answering the phone differently from now on!

Our new company name has come from a rebranding exercise delivered to us by Shoga in Macclesfield. They worked with us to define our company brand vision, values and promise. From these, the guys created a new strap line that led to our new name!

Our brand vision is ‘To consistently connect the right candidates with the right clients’. Our brand promise is that ‘Your career is as important to us as it is to you’. Our brand values are ‘determined, confident, considerate, virtuous and 110%’. From these, our new brand strap line is ‘A different slant on recruitment’.

So, as we like to look at IT recruitment from a different slant, the name Tilt Recruitment, seemed to be the only option! We hope you like it. We’re really excited to take this next step in our development as a company whilst continuing to provide the great levels of service you’re used to receiving.
