If you want to work within a dynamic IT Service Desk environment providing quality Support Analyst / Helpdesk / Service Desk expertise then you need to seriously consider this opportunity. With an emphasis on providing a quality customer experience you will be responsible for providing 1 st line support, 2 nd line support and business user system support for sites across the UK.  Quality best practices are promoted to ensure excellent customer service is delivered so you will be working with the best delivering the best! The ideal person will already be working within a support desk or service desk environment providing Helpdesk and technical support expertise.  Technically you will have a broad range of skills within a Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems environment including Windows 10, Office 365 / O365, Microsoft Office 2016, Active Directory and Citrix.  This experience doesn’t necessarily have to be in depth as the emphasis is on delivering exceptional customer service however experience of troubleshooting within a Helpdesk / Service Desk Windows environment is essential.  This is also a great opportunity to work within an ITIL environment; previous experience of ITIL environments is also highly desirable however not essential.  You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of service desk best practice, incident management, taking ownership of problems, responding quickly to problems and relationship management.  Above all enthusiasm for solving problems and for delivering exceptional customer service is required.  This is a role where you’ll be liaising with key stakeholders within the business across all levels.
