Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting) £45,000 & 15% bonus Wolverhampton or Chatham Hybrid model of working   If you are a Business Analyst that loves stakeholder engagement and involvement at all levels of the business analysis lifecycle, this role could interest you.  As Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of core Finance processes, reporting, systems and associated initiatives. You will need to identify and understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes; elicit, capture, analyse and document requirements and then support the Finance function with the communication, understanding and delivery of those requirements through the design, build, test and implementation phases of the project and to work independently across the Finance, MI, data and project departments on a number of projects and change initiatives concurrently within the department. To thrive within this role, you will have excellent, well rounded business analysis skills with a proven track record as a Business Analyst within a regulatory environment.  Experience of working within agile and waterfall environments preferred, as is knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).  You must have a proven track record of internal stakeholder liaison. Of most importance, we're looking for someone who lives and breathe business analysis!  A Business Analyst who is motivated to help driving the best practice for the business analysis team. This multi-faceted role will suit someone who is happy to enjoy a varied role, where no two challenges will be the same, but the rewards will be great!  Ideally you will have proven experience in the analysis and documentation of complex business processes, process mapping and requirements gathering and other areas of the business analysis lifecycle such as facilitating workshops. Reporting to the Head of Financial Projects and Change, you will be a highly effective communicator with great interpersonal skills as this role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels across Finance, MI, data and project departments. This position is commutable via the M6 motorway and places such as Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stafford, Telford, Dudley, West Bromwich, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Stourbridge and much of Birmingham and the West Midlands.
