Business Analyst /Business Process Analyst for successful Manchester based online retailer  OUTSIDE IR35 This is an exciting new role and this high growth online retailer is looking for a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst  for an initial 3 month contract + extensions.   The role is to work alongside the Project Manager to map all the processes  that go into the existing ERP system. You will be experienced in process mapping ‘as is’ to help decide if stay if make improvements to the existing ERP system or the alternative will be gathering information and mapping processes to form the basis for the tender document to select a new vendor. This role is therefore absolutely crucial to the continued success of the business and the requirements gathered will be done so in order to make key decisions.  This project is very much rooted in business process mapping and business process re-engineering to ensure that the processes are scaleable and appropriate for ensuring the best in class systems. You'll be working with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes, so strong stakeholder engagement skills and Business Process Analysis /BPR are essential. Any experience of ecommerce/ online retail or manufacturing would be really beneficial to hitting the ground running. As would experience and/ or an understanding of ERP or WMS systems. Please note: as the operational teams you'll be working with are based onsite, it's highly likely that much of the role will be at the Head office in order  to deliver the best outcome in this engagement. Based near Bury so commutable from Manchester, Whitefield, Prestwich, Radcliffe and much of Greater Manchester, Trafford and Lancashire.
