** NEW CONTRACT ROLE** *FULLY REMOTE* Business Systems Analyst- c £500 per day. 6-8 months duration.  Great opportunity to be an integral part of this change journey, with a business that has a really great purpose. This new role will lead the investigation, analysis and help define and deliver new ways of working for this social care organisation that is going through a period of change, evolution and is being invested in, to ensure the technology is an enabler for the business an will allow sustainable and continued growth. An experienced Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst you will have expertise in looking for opportunities that will result in:   Improved customer experience, operational efficiencies, service quality, system effectiveness and improved commercial outcomes. This role will partner with both operational and support teams and work on specific strategic projects to analyse current challenges. Ultimately the purpose of this role is to improve their business processes, structure and skills by using IT systems and data more effectively. The aim is to leverage their applications, or add new, to automate, integrate, and deliver agile and beneficial IT change within the organisation. Key accountabilities and responsibilities: Stakeholder & Relationship Management Business partner with teams and senior managers to offer support, gain trust and build influence Identify key stakeholders and resources needed across the business and third parties to support the successful delivery of accurate and detailed business requirements from a project and change perspective Engage IT teams, suppliers and technical staff to gain input and support analysis Proactively investigate and identify business issues, opportunities and change initiatives to drive continual improvement.  Lead and facilitate business improvement workshops including operational, processes, customer services / experience plus associated systems and data needs to define and detail the change needs Conduct research into systems, system features, functions and data to help define recommendations for the best options meet business objectives Data and content analysis, quality checks, reconciliation and improvement as data is a critical enabler within systems to support insight and decision making Produce and document high quality business requirements from a functional and non-functional perspective that are accepted and approved New Ways of Working Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the Group and third parties to ensure aims and requirements are understood and where gaps are identified, are raised appropriately and resolved Help shape, architect and design, new ways of working and solutions to meet business goals and deliver the defined requirements. Work to agreed policy and procedures and where applicable contribute to the continuous development of business procedures and operating frameworks Support users to own and embed change through training and support, collect feedback for future iterations. Help identity and clearly document risks and key decisions needed to ensure change remains on track Oversee and assure the delivery of end to end traceability This new and diverse role sits within IT and will work closely with Product Owners, PMO and Technical staff.  It is expected the team will cross skill, support, and collaborate with each other across a range of projects and change initiatives.
