Our client is a multi-award-winning leader in the financial services industry; they are an established yet growing organisation with a wealth of IT and Governance projects they need your help with! As Change Analyst, you will support the delivery on the clients most critical core products, systems and processes and associated business initiatives including both process improvement and project change initiatives. Supporting project and change initiatives, as Change Analyst you’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders, project leads and differing business streams such as Business Analysis and development, both internal and external.  With your help, opportunities for best practice improvement will be identified, risk will be managed, and activity progression communicated to all project and change stakeholders. Experience with project documentation and planning documents e.g. PID’s / RAID’s / milestone and project plans is needed along with around 12 months experience as a Change Analyst.  Prince 2 or PMI or similar change management or project management qualification is desirable. This position is commutable via the M6 motorway and places such as Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stafford, Telford, Dudley, West Bromwich, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Stourbridge and much of Birmingham and the West Midlands.
