HR Systems Product Lead 100% remote working £45,000-£50,000 Excellent benefits  We are recruiting  for a HR Systems Product Lead to work for a leading UK based care provider who are passionate about people and culture and have an ambitious road map. This is a fully (100%) remote role paying up to £50,000.   The company are embarking upon building a solid IT team and have ambitions to secure the best talent available in tech to further grow their ‘pacey’ business. This is an extremely varied role and one where someone can roll up their sleeves, really get stuck in and have a huge impact, making a significant difference. The business is looking to advance digitally and the IT team will be built accordingly in order to enable this development. This role will lead the development of HR products and will involve developing system features, functionality and also provide support for a range of applications.  Duties will include collaborating closely with People and Payroll teams, IT suppliers and Data and Insight teams, engaging users to create product backlogs, prioritising, designing and developing solutions, configuring systems, working with data flows, workflows and rules, liaising with suppliers on system issues, upgrades and releases.  One of the key aims is to leverage applications, automate, integrate, and deliver agile and beneficial IT change for teams. Other responsibilities may include: Investigating, i dentifying, and translating business needs into detailed requirements. A ssessing system features, new configurations and or digital forms and workflows that will deliver the required business process solutions.  Managing the change process, building a backlog of work, agreeing priority items for development, and planning out a roadmap of small change sprints. Managing set up and amending SaaS systems configuration, RBAC controls, workflow, digital forms, and automation tools, to create, test and deliver solutions. Working with systems suppliers on system upgrades and releases and other third-party systems providers on cross platform integration. Supporting users to engage through training and support, collecting feedback for future iterations. Working with suppliers to resolve and fix system issues. This person will have proven experience of: HR and Payroll systems and process knowledge, ideally MHR iTrent Other modern SaaS platforms, in HR, Payroll, Applicant Tracking and Learning management solutions. Process automation, workflow and integration tools, skills, and knowledge System configuration, set up of rules, roles-based access, and other controls. Good knowledge of project, sprint, and agile planning Excellent communicator & stakeholder management skills 5 Years + experience in a relevant SaaS application support, product, or analysis role Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or similar role focused on HR-systems   Proven experience of agile methodologies Proficient in data skills around analysis, structure, and some reporting  SQL knowledge is beneficial Tilt Recruitment are specialists in IT Recruitment.  We work hard to find our candidates their perfect roles within fantastic organisations across the UK.  If this role isn’t right for you, please still get in touch with us as we may have other roles which may suit you better.
