IT transformation is happening at a rapid pace with our market leading client……!!   We’re looking for a Infrastructure Cloud Manager to manage the small Windows team and implement on Servers, Windows, Cloud services and infrastructure for a 4 tier escalation level. As Cloud Infrastructure Manager, no one day will be the same-You’ll be conducting team meetings, 121s and KPIs. As well as being responsible for technical escalation across (Microsoft) cloud technologies, including platform management and automated of infrastructure services. Implementing on Active Directory, MS Exchange, as well as configuring with Storage technologies, such as Nimble, HP and DELL. You’ll be resolving tier 4 escalation tickets within the business. Supporting with Windows, Linux and Exchange servers on VMWare, as well as PowerShell scripting when required. All support, troubleshooting and implementing will be within a regulated complex environment.   You’ll have the ability to communicate with fluency and transparency. Communicating the Roadmap, plan, delivery and understand the implementations needed to meet business needs. Working closely with the architect team and other Infrastructure teams for pipeline activities, continuity and automation.   Wanting to find an opportunity where you are Managing as well as hands on implementing? This opportunity very much involves management and hands on technical skills in implementing and supporting Windows solutions including managing SaaS/Cloud based services, with scripting  language such as Terraform to automate deployments (IaaC), but no formal coding experienced is required. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end implementation including operational support, resource planning, reporting, identifying deployment issues, and bottlenecks and leading and motivating the Windows Team.
