If you have IT support/ service desk, helpdesk, 1st or 2nd line IT support experience, and pride yourself on going the extra mile for your user base, this could be the perfect new challenge for you………… We have been working with this client for many years and they really do have a great feel to them as a business- super friendly, close knit team and willing to support growth and aspirations. Because of the nature of the business this IT technical support role offers brilliant variety and you will have a lot of exposure to different systems and applications, so lots to learn 🙂 You will be dealing with IT support queries on a 1 st and 2 nd line level, for a diverse range of users. Tech support experience gained in a Windows environment is essential – you will be supporting with Office 365/  O365  Active Directory, Windows, and basic networking queries and general troubleshooting. You will be supporting and communicating with 3 rd parties and clients from workplace, education, and healthcare to defence and hospitality and entertainment sectors. As well as responding to IT issues internally to meet business requirements. Its definitely not a role where you will be sitting behind your desk all day! This client is also looking for someone to take the lead with mobilisation support in various different locations. Meaning no day will be the same. Although this client is a large succussful corporate, they very much value the happiness of their employees and appreciate that this is key to a successful and engaged workforce; so they have created a flexible working model. They operate hybrid working Fast-paced, think on your feet environment where you can gain lots of experience and develop autonomy-  with the opportunity to be the IT lead support on new sites around the Northwest too. Have you got a ‘can-do’ approach, full of energy and the drive to join the team…. Ready for the challenge? -minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an IT Helpdesk Environment- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop solutions -ITIL foundation or equivalent -Have experience of using ITSM tools and working towards SLA targets -Be enthusiastic and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, displaying high levels of dedication to customer service -Show attention to detail in incident recording, control of IT procurement and asset tracking -Be patient with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to make rapid decisions based on information available -Experienced in supporting users of all abilities and stakeholders to director level. -Providing support on ad-hoc projects, and be able to plan and prioritise tasks. -Working in a changing environment  -Experienced in 1 st and 2 nd line desktop support -Good understanding of basic network topology   If you are ticking off the above list and ready for your challenge- Apply now, what are you waiting for?
