Do you want to work for a business where you are trusted to do your job, have 100% flexible working and where you’ll be part of an exciting growth journey that will see them double in size in the next 3 years and expand into Europe? If the answer is yes, then get in touch! We’re recruiting for a north-west based business, the UK’s leading provider and administrator of service plans, trusted by 15 of the world’s foremost vehicle manufacturers.  They are masters of aftersales relationships between car manufacturers and dealerships with their clients, and strengthen loyalty between them by delivering world-class customer service and support for post-sales care. They are currently on a huge growth plan that will see them evolve from selling a single product to the UK market, to multiple products in a global market, which makes this a very exciting time to join them! They’re looking for a Product Owner who'll be the interface between the development teams and the rest of the business in relation to the requirements and needs for the business from the software products, and you'll need these key skills: An aptitude for Product Thinking. Demonstrable experience in business analysis. Ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and create meaningful User Stories from them. Process Mapping. Business focussed, results oriented, value driven. Strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills. High energy, self-starting, capable of working with minimal supervision. Plus, experience in: Clearly defining Product Roadmaps that support the required direction of Aftersales Solutions. The delivery of Sprint Goals and satisfaction of business need. Documenting accurate business requirements for software delivery projects. For larger projects, producing appropriate additional collateral such as Process Maps, Business Requirement Documentation, Design Artefacts. Conducting research to grow and then maintain an expert knowledge of the market and industry. Representing the technology function with customers, potential customers and suppliers. Promoting the use of Best Practice processes and technology across the business. And, you’ll also get to enjoy excellent benefits that are flexible so you can pick and choose what's most important to you. If you’re motivated, pro-active and a great communicator who’s looking to jump start (did you see what I did there?!) their career, then this is the role for you!
