They operates a customer centric product and services model which needs people to go above and beyond when sharing the product with the world. We are looking for an inspiring Product Owner to shape the future of there Data software which helps the customers grow by having the right information at the right time! What you will do… Identify new features / products and opportunities to improve our understanding of the market and competition Understand feedback from customers and colleagues, analyse data about product use and incident management data and then turning that insight into deliverables that add value to our customers. Own the Product Lifecycle Management for the service Create, maintain, share and own a product roadmap by building appropriate user stories Prioritise the product backlog and provide the input to the engineers in the team about what to build. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples Work with Product Manager and other Product Owners to ensure different product roadmaps align towards a common vision that makes sense to customers and colleagues. Balance and deliver value through both short-term goals and long-term vision. Invest time in looking outside the business and existing customers to identify the opportunities that will add value in the future. Promote, strengthen and continuously improve the product management discipline within our business. Work alongside our sales and marketing teams to understand the true value of the product and make sure that plans align Work directly with our customers to determine detailed functional requirements and document these for onward design and delivery Who they are looking for… A product evangelist with the ability  to understand the big picture on how digital products and services can bring benefit to clients in Commerce across Charities, Non-Food retailing and Visitor/Attractions. Documenting the opportunity, client and consumer benefit and features of a new product/service offering. A commercially driven digital product entrepreneur who has embraced agile principles and understands the true  value of delivering small updates frequently to drive customer satisfaction and value. Can manage and prioritise the backlogs and work with extended teams to meet delivery expectations. an industry aware professional who keeps up with commerce trends understands retail vendor/manufacturers  and tracks competitors offerings to exceed our clients and their consumers expectations. A digital native who understands the changing world of retail and how mobile apps, marketplaces, social selling and web commerce help compliment and enhance the physical experience. Understands and works with architects, software engineers and quality teams to deliver unique solutions. A diligent analyst who can take many feeds of data and convert this into information to form concrete decisions around product opportunity and benefit and working with our data analysts and scientists to drive insight driven product opportunities. A savvy digital consumer who can understand the retail user and consumer buying persona’s and when faced with websites, apps and other ecommerce environments can articulate how they can be designed, created and evolved to provide unique value propositions. a technologically capable individual who has had  exposure to ecommerce environments including but not limited to some of the following Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce, BigCommerce etc. with a keen understanding how they support customers online journeys. A game changer who can see opportunity in a business problem and identify a digital solution and work with designers, product builders and data analysts to create value propositions across all platforms. And finally a passion for consumer satisfaction, with insight and understanding of customer journey and how it can be evolved to personalise and enhance the buying experience.
