Contract Programme Manager (HR Transformation Programme) A pan-European client of ours – currently undertaking a number of transformation initiatives is looking for an experienced contract Programme Manager to join their highly experienced and driven team to overseeing the successful delivery of a HR Transformation Programme. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Programme Manager, with specific expertise in HR systems transformation. Also desirable, but not essential, is sector experience in either retail, manufacturing, FMCG, food services or hospitality . It is of more importance that this individual is skilled in Programme Management/ Delivery and Change and has successfully delivered HR transformations previously, ideally multiple times. This work will involve the delivery of an enterprise-level system and a focus on innovative and creative approaches to complex problems. Attributes we look for in successful applicants include strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and take on a leadership role. The successful candidate should have the capacity to work well with colleagues at all levels within the organisation. Working closely with the implementation partners and managing this relationship is also key to the success of the delivery. The technical delivery is owned  internally, so the focus of this role is more on the business side, and someone who is a seasoned professional in working alongside HR teams to ensure smooth delivery of the programme.  A huge part of this role is the business process change piece and the user base is made of lots of different skills, so someone who can successfully engage with all employees of the business to ensure the best outcome of  this HR transformation programme. Duration is likely to be 12 months, as a minimum and status determination will be confirmed asap. Tilt recruitment are acting as an Employment business in relation to this role. Hybrid working and North West based office for the HR team so ideally commutable.
