Receptionist/HR Administrator Alfreton £20,000-£23,000   Why you’ll want this job…   Small and friendly team environment Varied and interesting role Scope for career progression Working for a well respected, global organisation Good benefits including free parking and no work over Christmas!   What you’ll be doing…   You will be covering front line reception, providing first line contact with internal and external visitors both over the phone and on a face to face basis, general reception housekeeping. Handling queries via the switchboard and transferring calls. Working in conjunction with the HR department providing HR administrative support which may include organising travel, accommodation and vehicle hire for business trips, collating, sorting and distributing mail, setting up meetings, dealing with new starter documentation, distributing payslips, dealing with candidate correspondence via the internet and email.   What you’ll need…   Working experience of front line reception/switchboard or experience within a customer facing/telephony role Excellent communication skills Ability to listen, use initiative and judgment to respond positively to situations Willing and able to take on new skills or knowledge, and adapt well in new situations Excellent IT and keyboard skills with a sound working knowledge of all MS Office applications A strong team player, with a can do attitude Good organisation and time management skills Experience of working in a H.R. environment would be desirable   What next?   Call Rebecca Westwood on 01625 525 300 or email rebecca.westwood@pharmasprint.co.uk
