Senior Business Analyst/ Project Manager £60-000 to £65,000 maximum, plus benefits. Based Cheshire HR Systems Business Analyst and Project Manager wanted! Our long standing client is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems and Business Analyst and Project Manager to join their UK based team. You will act of the technology owner for all of HR within the business. This hybrid role is a unique opportunity to work on both business analysis and Project Management, you will be responsible for leading HR systems projects and initiatives, for the whole of the UK business, from start to finish. It’s with a much-loved client of ours we have supported for over 10 years.  We have lots of examples of why they are a nice place to work.  But it’s also an exciting place to work.  This role is newly created as part of a new operating model and IT strategy.  IT/ digital transformation is happening at pace! You be the trusted technical advisor for the HR function managing the systems and underlying technology roadmap, you will also be their “technology thinker”, constantly looking at ways to innovate and challenge existing methods/technologies and ways of doing things.  This is a lot of transformation and change to lead and manage. Accountabilities will include liaising with key stakeholders, including peers and the CFO, to elicit business requirements and identify ways to generate maximum value from technology.  A focus on continuous improvement and driving initiatives that deliver value such as integration and automation. We’re looking for a person who has managed technology solution projects from conception to delivery, someone who has skills as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Solution Analyst combined with experience as a Project Manager.  A strong understanding HRIS/ HR Systems is required. You will be responsible for: Identifying and and designing the technology service support model of new solutions The design and delivery of technology solutions to meet business requirements in agreed budgets and timescales Supporting business impact assessment and business change related to new technology solutions Managing technology solutions budgets Managing 3 rd party suppliers and group relationships Advising the Head of Technology on any solutions related risk/ issues Managing agreed technology solution projects from conception to delivery You will need working knowledge of SAP Success Factors or other similar;  experience of HR related processes, and experience of HR systems optimisation and integrations to other systems of front, middle and back office. Also, you will ideally have experience of working within a mixed (in-house, third party, outsourced) technology environment Previous experience of business analysis or project management in relation to HR solutions in at least one of the following business sectors – Education, Healthcare, Retail/ hospitality or similar is required. A hybrid model of 3 days on site and 2 days remote working is in place.  The package comprises a basic of c. £60,000, 15% bonus, pension, healthcare and life assurance.  There are also fantastic onsite office facilities. Based Cheshire, this position is easily commutable from places such as Manchester, Stockport, Cheadle, Didsbury, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Congleton and is only a short walk away from a train station.
