Because of the nature of the business this IT Service Delivery Manager role offers brilliant variety and you will have a lot of exposure to different systems and applications, so lots to learn! You will be managing and leading the IT Service Delivery team, for a diverse range of users and will be working with the UK Technology teams comprising of Solutions Architects, Data and Integration Specialists, Delivery Managers and Business Bartners, this role will work collaboratively as well as the UK Operational Site mobilisation team. You’ll need to have a good understanding of mobile apps, payment solutions and EPOS, as well as be ITIL certified. You’ll be supporting and communicating with 3 rd parties and clients from workplace, education, and healthcare to defence and hospitality and entertainment sectors. As well as responding to IT issues internally to meet business requirements. It’s definitely not a role where you will be sitting behind your desk all day! Although this client is a large successful corporation, they very much value the happiness of their employees and appreciate that this is key to a successful and engaged workforce; so they have created a flexible working model and operate hybrid working.
