Learning and development is encouraged with tools available to develop your skills in whatever area you wish Career progression is important so this could be your next role and the one after that Future opportunities to move into other roles internally Beautiful, modern office overlooking woodlands with all the facilities on site you could wish for Onsite or hybrid working pattern (2 or 3 days on site) What you’ll be doing… You will be working as a Service Delivery Manager with responsibility for maintaining strong customer relationships – communication skills are key as you'll be liasing with senior client stakeholders to identify their needs and overseeing service delivery. There is lots of variety in the role, no day is ever the same as no customer requirement is ever the same!  Our client create truly bespoke technical solutions based on client requirements which you will identify and then work with the team to create a solution and deliver.  You may be involved with technical tasks, liaising with clients regarding coding and development issues, managing team performance, checking the quality of inventory, defining solution extension requirements, managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the service delivery team. You may be a Solutions or Systems Analyst or even a Technical Project Manager who will be able to take a client requirement, understand and communicate a business solution.  The ability to be able to understand technical requirements, or technical solutions broadly speaking is needed.  We're not looking for a hands-on coder or Developer, but an understanding of C#, or Java, or SQL code will be needed to be able to manage client change requests, configuration requests, support escalations or merely to be able to reasonably handle client requests for the technically impossible!
