We're recruiting for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join a global civil engineering business – and they may be global, but when you join, you don't just feel like a number.  They care about their teams and invest in their talent, allowing you to push your skills and fulfil your potential. Alongside the technical delivery, you'll be managing, coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team so we're looking for someone who is passionate about people and lifting up those around them. Now for the technical parts you'll need: C# is a must! Supporting the adoption of cloud technologies (preferably Azure) Confident working in an agile environment Driving automation in innovative ways Be ahead of the game in terms of trends and technologies IDEs, .NET framework and delivery systems  such as Azure DevOps, also a must!
