Be the detective in your field and help well known clients with network issues, desktop and Core product application support. Give the highest customer service by doing what you do best as a problem solver, support with new software rollouts and installations. Having remote Desktop Application support and help with desktop software. Working in a Windows / Programming / Application Support environment would be the ideal.
