We’re pleased to announce that Tilt Recruitment have passed the REC Compliance Test

The Compliance Test is a compulsory requirement to be taken every two years in order to remain a REC member.

In passing we have demonstrated that we understand the REC Code of Professional Practice and relevant legislation particularly the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 and amendments (The Conduct Regulations).

It also demonstrates our commitment to conducting our business ethically, to the highest standards and that we promote good practice when engaging with clients and candidates.
